1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to JokkoHub, the digital platform operated by the Senegalese Network for Success (SNS) (“SNS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using JokkoHub (the “Platform”), including creating an account, registering for events, making donations, or participating in community features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

- Payments are processed through third-party providers. SNS does not store full payment card information.
SNS is a mission-driven organization; contributions support platform operations, programming, and community initiatives.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, logos, designs, and original materials are the property of SNS unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they post but grant SNS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.
7. Platform Availability
SNS strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
8. Termination
SNS may suspend or terminate your access if:

- Your actions pose legal, security, or reputational risk to the community
You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.
