Mentorship with El Hadji Moussa Ndiaye

El Hadji Moussa Ndiaye is a senior federal leader and veteran with nearly 25 years of public service, including 8 years of active-duty service in the United States Army. His military career included deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and service with the U.S. Army Rapid Equipping Force (REF), where he worked at the intersection of operational requirements, innovation, and rapid capability delivery to support soldiers in combat environments.
Following his military service, El Hadji continued his career as a civilian leader within the federal government, currently serving in a senior role at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. His work focuses on program and project management, budget formulation and execution, governance, and enterprise process modernization. He routinely leads cross-functional initiatives involving senior executives, technical teams, and mission partners, with an emphasis on accountability, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
Through this mentorship, El Hadji offers practical, experience-based guidance to students and early- to mid-career professionals navigating complex career paths in government, the military, or adjacent sectors.
